A great option for protein packed vegetarian options are lentils. This lentil dish is slow cooked in the Wonderbag, which is so great, as the flavours really develop and the lentils become soft, but do not lose their structure. With fresh basil added at the end, the aroma and taste of this dish is both deep and fresh at the same time, and makes you ask for more. Great on a cold winters evening with some crusty bread, but also wonderful served cold as a salad. When I have left overs, I blend them with cream cheese and some sweet chilli sauce to make the most delicious dip or spread.
