I honestly think it is safe to say that everyone – adults and children love brownies. There is something comforting and indulgent about the soft, rich, chocolatiness of a brownie. I love experimenting and adding things like honeycomb, popping candy, raspberries, chocolate chunks, Maltesers, Rolo’s and other yummy ingredients for extra flavour and texture. This brownie recipe can be made in the oven by leaving it for another 15 – 20 minutes to finish baking, but what I love about using the Wonderbag as well, is that the brownie stands no chance of overcooking. It stays really moist and soft by finishing it in the Wonderbag, with no burnt edges or dry bits. Once it is in the Wonderbag, you can also forget about it and get on with other tasks.
