For those celebrating Easter and starting to plan your Sunday lunch, we thought that we would offer some inspiration mid-week, so that you can start planning! Why not take the stress out of cooking on Easter Sunday with a delicious lightly spiced lamb tagine. The meat is off the bone, so you don’t have to worry about cooking times! It is beautiful and tender, in a lightly spiced, aromatic sauce. You can dress the lunch up or down – serve the tagine plated on a bed of butternut mash with sautéed green beans OR go more al fresco, and serve it with flatbreads, a yoghurt and mint sauce, some tabouleh or our Roasted Vegetable cous cous salad. If you are joining family for lunch, this is ideal to prepare in the morning,, pop in your Wonderbag, and take with you for lunch, ready to be served up! Give it a try and let us know what you think!
