Sometimes during a busy week, it is great to put a pot of soup on, which feeds the family for dinner and also provides lunches for the next day. If you have a small Wonderbag, heat your soup up, place in a consol jar, seal well and pop it in your small bag to keep hot. It is a perfect little lunch warmer! In keeping with Wonderbag Wednesdays, this French onion soup is ideal if you are having meat free lighter meals. Not too heavy or rich, and wonderful with crusty French bread. If you would like a meatier flavour, use beef or chicken bouillon, or for a fully vegetarian soup, use vegetable bouillon.
